Introduction:

1. Fertilizer distribution activities started in 1961-62

2. From 1992-93, BADC's fertilizer distribution activities were completely stopped

3. Non-urea fertilizer distribution resumed from 2006-07

Scope of work:

 

1. TSP, DAP and MOP fertilizer storage and distribution at dealer level

2. Creation and availability of fertilizer buffer stock in Godowns

1. Regional Office under the Joint Director (Fertilizer)

2. 3 District Offices under Assistant Director (Fertilizer)

1. Hard Godown: 2 (capacity 2000 MT)
2. Prefabricated Steel Godown: 2 (Capacity 3,200 MT)

2.    DAP - Imported from Saudi Arabia and Morocco

                                BADC 164 (Variable every year)
                                266 people registered with BCIC (Variable every year)
                                Total (184 + 266) = 450 people
Services We Provide: 
1. Registration as a Fertilizer Dealer of BADC.
 2. Supply of non-urea (TSP, MOP and DAP) fertilizers as per allocation against different organizations.
 3. As per the allocation given by the Ministry of Agriculture(MoA), fertilizers distributed to the farmers through the registered dealers of BADC & BCIC.
